However, Poster & Frame Art Group will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of such events on its customers.

SECTION 16 - RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods remain the property of Poster & Frame Art Group until full payment has been received from the customer. Until payment is completed, Poster & Frame reserves the right to reclaim the goods without notice. The customer is responsible for storing the goods safely and insuring them against loss, damage, or theft until full payment is made. The customer must not transfer, pledge, or otherwise dispose of the goods before they are fully paid for. If the customer fails to pay for the goods in accordance with the agreed payment terms, Poster & Frame Art Group reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding amount and/or reclaim the goods. The customer agrees to fully cooperate with Poster & Frame Art Group in the event of payment recovery or goods reclamation.

SECTION 17 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Poster & Frame Art Group retains all intellectual property rights associated with the products and website content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and any proprietary information. Customers are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse engineering, or otherwise exploiting any copyrighted material or proprietary information belonging to Poster & Frame Art Group without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property rights may result in legal action. Furthermore, customers acknowledge that the designs, images, and content displayed on the Poster & Frame Art Group website are protected by intellectual property laws and may not be used for commercial purposes or for any purpose other than personal use without explicit permission.
