3. Return Policy

Return Policy
Our return policy lasts for 30 days and is calculated in whole days. If the last day falls on a holiday, Saturday,
June5, December 24, or December 31, the deadline expires on the next weekday.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
To initiate a return,

EXEMPTIONS
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes gift cards and downloadable software.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

Contact our customer support team at hello@wonderhagen.com to start the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. (This step is only necessary if you are arranging your own return. If you are using our return portal, this step is not required.)

Please note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not require a return shipment for damaged products. You are welcome to use our return portal. If your order arrives damaged, please, contact hello@wonderhagen.com.

In-Store Returns

You may return your order at any of our physical store locations. Please, present your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Note: It is NOT possible to return your order to our warehouse.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
