1. Prices and orders

a. All listed prices are in Danish Kroner and including 25 % VAT.

a. You can pay using Visa, Visa Electorn and Mastercard.
b. No extra fees are added to the transaction using the above listed cards.
c. The money will not be drawn from your account until the order is shipped.
d. We will never withdraw an amount exceeding the one you approved when ordering.

3. Shipping

a. We ship to to all of Denmark – excl. The Faroe Islands and Greenland, using mainly Post Danmark and GLS, and to EU countries and the rest of the world using shipping partners. Shipping costs are added automatically to your order, which you can review before putchasing.
b. Delivery time to Danish addresses will usually be 2-5 working days.
c. Shipping to the rest of the EU will usually takes approx. 5-8 working days.
d. Rest of the world shipping usually takes 7-13 days but delays may occur.

4. Returns

You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order.

The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you, and must also be arranged by yourself.
The items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.

a. You have the reight to cancel your order within 12 months of receiving the item in question.
b. This right of cancellation is only valid if the item is returned unharmed, unused and in the same condition it was sent as well as in its original packaging.

9. Warranty

a. You have a 2 year limited warranty, valid from when you received the item.
b. Justified claims can be sent to us and will be exchanged for a new item as soon as possible.
c. Unjustified claims are subject to an examination fee and shipping costs.
d. Shipping costs when returning an item are covered by the customer. Transfers of omeny will only be sent to the account that paid the order and will only happen once the warranty process has been completed.
e. Items must be packed so as to protect them during shipping and any damage to the items caused by negligent packaging by the customer may result in waiving of your warranty rights.

10. Liability and reservations

a. Reservations are taken regarding misprints, erroneous pricing, changes in VAT, taxes and other fees as well failures of delivery.
b. Purchase agreements are final when an employee from Wonderhagen has processed the order.
c. Special offers and sales are only valid as long as the items are in stock.
d. Wonderhagen is not liable for any advice given regarding the product as the customer may experience the product differently due to conditions that we are unaware of.
